Basically I love this. I can totally see me curling up the couch in a chili morning with my huge cup of coffee. Problem: They only make it in a a one size fits most (8-14). And that might be a bit snug on me. But I’m pretty sure I can rip off the design if I can some iron on decals or maybe a paint marker. Shhhh, don’t tell.
But if you happen to be that size and you love this as much as i do you can find it in the link below.

Reverse stenciling. I think this is one of the coolest DIY projects I’ve seen in a long time. I think it’s a great way to make some of those flea market finds look really unique. I just wish I had a dresser or maybe even a nightstand I could do it on.

Being a plus size girl I know how hard it can be to find beautiful things to wear. One of the best places I have found for plus size clothing is eShakti. They make great fit and flare dresses. Some with a vintage twist. Not only do they carry a wide range of sizes (XS/0- 6X/36W). They are reasonably priced. On average you can find an amazing dress for about $60-$70. And it’s worth every penny. On top of that they will customize your item for $8. Changing the length, sleeve type, and even neckline. But keep in mind not all options available at the same time.
The pictures above are a mash-up of some of my favorites from the past year. So they might not all be in stock at the moment. I have to say that the pink owl dress is one of my favorites.
I saw these spoon lights a while back designed by Francois Legault. I think they would make great accent lighting for over a bar in the kitchen or dining table. I just wonder how hot they get. And can you make your own out of a light cord kit, cheap spoons from a dollar store and maybe some wire? Regardless I think they are really pretty.
I convinced my boyfriend to get the same haircut as the guy in this picture. I found it on Tumbler. I can’t remember who I got it from. So, I can’t give credit where credit is due. I just think it’s a really nice look on a man. It almost reminds me of a look from the 40’s but with a new twist. Love it! 🙂
